It has an impact function for chiseling in various building materials, a non-impact rotation function for drilling in low-hardness materials and an impact rotation function for drilling in high-hardness materials such as concrete.

SDS socket - SDS Plus

It has an SDS – SDS Plus (TE-C) socket for better performance in impact rotation modes compared to the others (suitable for working in concrete or stone) and easy drill-bit change that can be done even with one hand. The SDS Plus chuck on the machine lets you use SDS Plus drill bits for powerful and efficient hammer drilling into tough materials like hardened concrete.

Tool functions

Switch the machine into Hammer only mode and you can also use SDS Plus chisels for demolition tasks like removing tiles.

The BEHS01-QS isn’t only limited to SDS accessories as Black & Decker have provided a keyless chuck adaptor which lets you use it with all standard straight shank accessories as well – simply switch the hammer mode off and you’re ready to drill into softer materials like wood, metal and plastic too.

It can adjust the speed up to 980rpm so that it can be adjusted according to the job you want to do and has a screwdriving/screwing function. An ergonomic design, with softgrip padding and an adjustable auxiliary handle, the BEHS01-QS is comfortable to use for all standard drilling and chiselling tasks, even when working overhead.
