Our Stores’ Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
Towards this direction, our returns and refund policy focus on the points below, given that the original receipt must be always present and under any circumstances.
We accept the return of purchased products or their exchange with the same or different products of the same value within 7 days since the purchase date.
The current policy is valid for all products, apart from the products mentioned below.
In case the product’s condition is not like when initially bought, ALPAN ELECTROLINE LTD has the right to charge 15% of the product’s value.
No refunds are allowed but you can exchange your product with other products of the same value, given that their condition is like when initially bought.
Returns or exchanges are not allowed for delivery and/or installation charges, damaged products, products that have been used such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, hobs, microwaves, small domestic appliances, unsealed CD, cables, DVD, memory cards, game titles and software.
Furthermore, exchanges are not allowed for products that are manufactured according to the manufacturer’s specifications and/or personalised products, for products that are possible to be modified or expire soon, for products that are sold sealed and are not appropriate for refund for hygiene reasons and have been opened and for products that by nature are mixed with other elements.
Moreover, refunds are not allowed for sealed CDs, sealed DVDs or sealed antivirus or software programmes for PCs that were unsealed after the purchase.

Online Buys Returns Policy 
The customer is obliged upon receipt to remove the packaging and check the products to confirm that there are no external, aesthetic flaws and in case there are he is entitled to refuse to receive the item and return it to the delivery employee AND to INFORM of the existence of aesthetic flaws within fifteen (15) calendar days as of the delivery of the item while in case this deadline lapses he loses all relevant rights. The COMPANY is obliged within a brief amount of time to replace the item with a new one.  In case of an unconditional receipt of the item then this is deemed to be delivered in excellent external condition without any aesthetic flaws.

External – Aesthetic Flaws

Returns of Products at the cost of the Company
The return of products is charged to the Company:
–    In all cases, where different than the sold products are delivered, per type or quantity
–    In case that upon delivery the packaging of the item was completely or in its biggest part destroyed.
–    In case that it is found that the item has a manufacturing flaw (when this is confirmed by the authorised repairer who provides the good performance warranty of the product) or lacks a quality which was previously agreed in writing with the COMPANY.
–    In case of destroyed packaging, the customer must ab initio not accept to receive the product and request its replacement after coming to an agreement with the Company.
In case products are returned at the cost of the Company they must be returned in the condition they were received by the customer and at the time agreed.  Any delay on behalf of the customer is justified only for reasons of force majeure; otherwise the right of replacement in accordance with this clause is lost.
In all cases, the return of a product for replacement must be made with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Receipt, Delivery Receipt, etc.) and its full packaging (unless it concerns a flaw that was found after the delivery and the package no longer exists or also except in the case of a product the packaging of which was taken by the delivery employees upon the delivery of the item).  The return of the products at the cost of the COMPANY takes place either by the COMPANY staff and transportation means or by a courier.
In case of products returned as the case may be, the products shall be repaired or replaced or the transaction will be cancelled if the customer legally refutes both previous options in which case, and on the condition that the products have been received and checked by the COMPANY the reimbursement of the price will be made to the customer in the same manner that their payment was made in the care of the COMPANY.  More specifically in case a credit card was charged the COMPANY shall be obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank shall then proceed to take all steps in accordance with the contract it had concluded with the customer without any further relevant responsibility of the COMPANY.  The COMPANY after informing the Bank as above bears no responsibility as to the time and manner of the reversal which is regulated by the abovementioned contract.
The return of the product and the reimbursement of the price shall take place within seven (7) working days at the latest.
In case the products are returned in a damaged or faulty condition the Online Store is entitled to claim compensation by the customer, the amount of which shall be determined by the condition of the products and the company may proceed unilaterally and without anyone else’s consent to the total or partial offsetting of this claim against the customer.

Returns of products deemed faulty upon delivery (DOA) at the Company’s cost:
In case some product/s is/are found faulty upon its/their delivery to the client (hereinafter called for short DOA) its/their return shall be made at the cost of the COMPANY.
In this case the return of the faulty product/s must be made by the customer himself by sending this/these via courier exclusively selected by the Company and charging the COMPANY with the dispatch cost, after an agreement between the client and the staff of the Online Store of the Company.
The return of products that are deemed faulty upon delivery (DOA) shall be accepted within seven (7) calendar days as of their delivery to the customer for mobile phones and within ten (10) calendar days as of their delivery to the customer for the rest of the product categories.  At the same time the product must not be destroyed and it must have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Receipt, Delivery Receipt etc.) and all its packaging.
In case of white appliances (i.e. refrigerators, electric stoves, washing machines etc.) and air condition units, a prior visit by the technician of the authorised service crew of the supplying company and a written confirmation about the damage of the appliance is required in order for the product to be deemed faulty upon delivery (DOA).
In case the products (DOA) are returned and on the condition that they have been previously received and checked by the COMPANY the item shall be replaced with an identical new item but in case the customer does not want a replacement he shall be reimbursed in the manner that he had paid for the product value.  More specifically in case a credit card was charged the COMPANY shall be obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank shall then proceed to take all steps in accordance with the contract it had concluded with the customer.

The return of both the product and the price shall be made within fourteen (14) working days at the latest but the delivery of the products by the customer shall in no case exceed seven (7) calendar days as of the date of the products’ delivery by the Company to him.

Safe products – Terms of Warranty 
The products distributed by the Company are long-life products and have all the required Functional Safety Product Certifications. The products are accompanied by written instructions for use (except for products that are simple to use) and a written warranty that the product will function properly and for a reasonable period of time in the Greek language.  The warranty document always includes the brand name and address of the warrantor, the product for which the warranty is in force, its exact content, the time period and the territory for which it is in force as well as the rights provided by the applicable law.  The term for which the warranty of the appliance is in force is set by the manufacturer as of the date of purchase and it allows for a free replacement of the product if the following terms are met:
–    The dealership warranty and the purchase receipt of the appliance are presented
–    The serial number of the appliance has not been altered.
–    The damage is not exempted in accordance with the manufacturer’s written warranty.
