Opticum’s AX300 PLUS satellite receiver has Full HD (1080p) resolution. The built-in receiver allows you to listen to terrestrial (DVB-T or DVB-T2), satellite (DVB-S. DVB-S2 or DVB-S2X) or cable (DVB-C) programming. In this case the type is DVB-S and DVB-S2. The connection to the TV is made via HDMI or scart. With HDMI you have better image and sound quality compared to scart. It also has a USB port. The device has a digital audio coaxial output. The coaxial output looks similar to the analog RCA but differs in resistance and in the fact that only one cable is needed to carry the audio signal.

Connecting to an external drive

By connecting an external hard drive, the device becomes a multimedia station and thus allows the viewer more flexibility. With the external 12 V power supply, the Opticum HD X300 plus is also ideal for camping holidays.

Simple connection

This digital satellite receiver provides clear, disturbance-free reception of digital TV and radio channels. You just need a regular TV and a satellite dish with LNB. In addition, you have a fully functional usb port with recording, time shift and mp3, mpeg, avi, xvid, jpeg support. A characteristic feature is the power efficiency and standby consumption of more than 0.5w.
