    iAdapt 3.0 navigation with intelligent footprint mapping

    The most advanced iAdapt 3.0 navigation easily manages the perfect cleaning of spaces of unlimited size. Roomba i7 has a camera through which it recognizes obstacles, individual items of furniture, and chooses the best cleaning method accordingly. Thanks to footprint mapping, Roomba will learn to recognize each room, so you can choose which specific areas the robot will clean and when.

    iRobot Home app

    With the iRobot Home mobile app, you can manage cleaning from practically anywhere
    You can comfortably control your robot using a smartphone or tablet, for example from your workplace or when you are on vacation. Just press the CLEAN button and it will start working. The iRobot HOME app also offers a whole range of useful features and important information. iRobot supports the ability to use No Access Zones on certain products that feature Imprint Smart Mapping technology. No Access Zones allow users to designate areas in their home that they don’t want the robot to go to, such as pet bowls, messy rooms, or other areas where the robot might have trouble navigating.

    Smart footprint mapping

    At first, Roomba i7 carefully maps out the space it’s committed to caring for. When the map is saved in the application, you can place the borders of the rooms and name them. Thus, you have complete control over the areas that your robot should clean every time. The robot can store up to 10 different maps.

    Schedule cleaning

    Thanks to the fingerprint technology, you can set a cleaning program for each room according to your needs.

    Double cleaning

    Roomba cleans all surfaces twice. You will especially appreciate the thorough cleaning in homes with small children or pets.

    Maintenance

    The app notifies you when the bin needs emptying or the brushes and other parts of the robot need cleaning. You will also find instructions on how to perform this maintenance. The Help section will provide you with, for example, answers to frequently asked questions, video instructions and contacts for technical support. For an initial introduction to the robot or future function reminders, there is also a quick guide, including instructions for use with photos.

    Superior AeroForce 3-stage cleaning system

    The iRobot Roomba i7 is equipped with a patented three-stage AeroForce cleaning system, which concentrates the airflow in a narrow spot between the rotating brushes. This results in significant air acceleration and, in combination with the high-performance motor, an increase in suction power up to ten times.
