The oven has an integrated large screen, which displays the text in excellent clarity. And for fingertip operation, it has the DirectSensor touch control system. So all your selections will be made quickly and intuitively.

He cooks... on the fly!

The oven preheats quickly and speeds up cooking, making food preparation even easier for you. That’s because it has a built-in 3.3 kW external steam generator and two DualSteam steam inlets in a dedicated location. The steam is evenly distributed in the chamber and the food is cooked -standard- perfectly!

Everything in one device

The 3-in-1 principle offers three cooking functions in a single appliance. So you can prepare delicious dishes even if your kitchen space is limited. Use the oven mode for crispy results or the steam cooking mode for gentle cooking. The combination mode is the best choice for perfect results on your plate.

The ultimate comfort

The control panel opens and closes gently with a quick touch (SoftClose) – without opening the appliance door. Behind the lift-up control panel you’ll find the water tank, condensate tank and wireless roasting thermometer. The panel tilts towards you when you press the touch button to get a better view of the screen.

It cleans... for you!

HydroClean automatically and thoroughly cleans the stainless steel interior of the Miele combi steam oven. Food residues soak into the foam produced by mixing Miele’s innovative HydroCleaner with water and are thus removed from the chamber surfaces. Even stubborn stains are easily removed, saving you from tedious scrubbing.
