Cooking at low temperature

Cooking at low temperatures is the ideal way to prepare quality meat! This professional method cooks the meat gently at a low temperature, ensuring the preservation of flavors and nutrients. The meat is tender, juicy, and flavorful, and it can be sliced as soon as the cooking process is finished. The meat does not need to rest, as its juices are evenly distributed.

4 functions

With the food warmer, you can choose from four different functions. Preheat the coffee cups for an unparalleled enjoyment. In the evening, enjoy the luxury of preheated plates. If you are not ready to serve the food after cooking, the warming drawer will keep it hot. And the low-temperature cooking function is suitable for tender and juicy meat.

SensorTouch Control System

A single touch is enough! Are your hands busy? Just gently press the thermal chamber and it will open immediately thanks to the practical Push2open mechanism. The spring mechanism ensures that the thermal chamber opens sufficiently, allowing for easy loading and operation. The absence of a handle ensures that the thermal chamber fits perfectly with built-in appliances.

Timer

The 4-hour timer allows you to attend to other things while cooking, and the food warmer automatically turns off when the scheduled time is up. This way, you have more freedom and can focus on other things while your food is cooking.
