This ceramic Kamado grill uses gas or charcoal for fuel. Based on clay cooking pots used throughout Asia for thousands of years, the natural ceramic construction means all the flavor and moisture are perfectly sealed in, creating a flavor that regular grills and ovens can't match.

Gas Unit

Stainless steel burner slides in and out for quick conversion from charcoal to gas. 50% more efficient than other gas grills in the industry.

Infrared Heat Extruder

Patent-pending stainless steel Heat Extruder distributes heat evenly throughout the Kamado Grill and prevents debris from entering the burner.

Pizza Stone with Thermal Diffusion

Allows for flavourful convection cooking. Eliminates flare-ups and promotes even cooking. For self-cleaning, turn over between uses. No drip tray required. Can be used for pizza cooking.

Cook with Natural Gas

Remove the ash pan.
Install the quick-change gas insert and add the heat exchanger.
Add the brackets and pizza stone.
Adjust the quick-release and fully open the top vent.
Press the easy-start button to ignite the gas insert.
Start cooking!

The grill vent helps control airflow and therefore the internal temperature.

Built-in Thermometer

The built-in adjustable thermometer is ideal for cooking ribs, pizzas, burgers, vegetables, steaks and more.
