Made of ceramic, easy to use and clean.

Extremely useful for even heat circulation. You can use it “upside down” to increase the distance between the heat shield and the lower cooking rack. The plate deflector works great by letting the heat circulate in a ceramic barbecue, preventing food from burning from direct contact with the fire.
