Thanks to the natural insulation properties of ceramic, the Kamado Grill retains heat extremely well, making it highly fuel efficient and capable of precisely maintaining a high temperature; perfect for slow roasting those mouth-watering smoky ribs, pork belly, brisket or pulled pork.
With just one load of charcoal you can cook all day, with minimal temperature fluctuation and no need to check on it all the time. Cook everything from crispy, fresh fish through to crunchy mini pizzas and even deserts, the Kamado grill can do them all perfectly.
It has an adjustable air intake and hood vents to control the temperature. It starts up quickly, ready to grill in just 15 minutes of lighting the charcoal without the use of a charcoal starter. Its thermometer provides controlled cooking, giving an indication of whether it is ready for smoking, grilling or searing.
The bamboo side shelves will keep your hands free, as there will be space for every plate or dish you will need during baking. Plus, when you’re not using your grill, you can take them down to reduce bulk.
Despite its compact size, its net weight is 40kg, as heavy as some full size barbecues. It has wheels for transportation and the stand is stainless steel.
