-For cold relief, remove the pillowcase, place the pillow in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Then remove the pillow contained in the plastic bag and place it in the pillowcase.
-For hot relief, remove the pillowcase and place a cup of water with the pillow in a microwave with a rotating tray after making sure the seeds inside the pillow are evenly distributed. Heat for 60 seconds at 500W-700W or 45 seconds at 800W-1000W. If the product is not hot enough, stir the seeds in and heat in 10 second intervals. Place the pad inside the pillowcase. Wait about 30 seconds before using.
