UPLOADING PRODUCTS VIA BACKEND
Goals
-Giving limited access to third party
-Faster product upload process
-Possibility uploading more features like, video etc on the product image

-CREATOR INTERFACE: Creating a separate environment on the backend where the user can log in and have limited access to website information’s and data
-USER ROLES
Admin: Super Role
Creator: 1. Can only add content but not able to upload ITs on the website
2. Can create elementor landing pages.
-ANALYTICS: Analytics of each USER.

Notes to discuss
-Instead of transfer all the uploaded ITs to backend we start only with the new ones.
-From where the web categories will be set: from navision or the backend
-Secure that this will not affect other product updates like Item Status, Ext.Warranty
-Wolt needs the product specs export in excel. At least the short description
User Permissions
–2 user roles: Admin & User
-User Role: Can edit but not permission to upload IT on website
Fields we need from navision

-Web Item: means the item can be uploaded on website and it
–Web Show On website: the product is uploaded to website. This information will come from the website and sent back to navision.
–Web last update: the website should update this field to navision when a change is being made.
-Web Description: the website should sent the short description to this field

-Product Specification Templates where the USER can import Short & Long Description
*Different templates for all categories

Short Description
–Short description: must be sent back to navision
REQUIRMENDS
-Lines: Must be sent in lines (excel base)
-Characters: Must have character limitation
Per line: Maximum 100 characters

Long Description
–Character: No character limitations
–Headings

-Except images ability to upload videos
